Mr.R.Varadarajan - Chairman

Post Graduate in Agriculture with a Diploma in Management and completed CAIIB. Experienced professional banker for 33 years in various capacities in credit & planning in a Nationalized bank and at present as Managing Director of Repco Bank coordinates all the functional departments viz Administration, Credit, Accounts, Training, Data Processing, Legal, Inspection etc., 

 

Sri K. Rajendran - Executive Director

Sri K. Rajendran, Executive Director of Repco Bank was born on 15th June 1953 and has done his Post Graudation in M.Sc., Agriculture. He has completed his Diploma in Management and both the parts of CAIIB. Sri K. Rajendran joined Repco Bank as Executive Director during August 2011. He has put in more than 32 years of service in various fields in Bank of India prior to joining Repco Bank. Sri K. Rajendran is also the Vice President of Repco Foundation for Micro Credit, a subsidiary of Repco Bank.

Mr.T.E.Thiruvengadam - Trustee

Post Graduate with Bachelor of Law and completed CAIIB. Experienced professional banker for 22 years in various capacities and at present as General Manager of Repco Bank also as Executive of Repco Infrastructure Ltd. Played pivotal role in the promotion of Repco Home Finance Ltd., as its initial director. Spare heading the arbitration for recovery.

Mr. V.Sivaiah - Trustee

Postgraduate in Commerce and completed CAIIB & ICWA. Professional banker with an experience of more than 30 years. At present as General Manager of Repco Bank incharge of Treasury and Inspection department

 

Mr. G.Manickasundaram - Trustee, Project Director

Post Graduate in Agriculture and completed CAIIB. Experienced Professional banker for 30 years in various capacities in a Nationalized Bank and at present as Project Director of Repco Foundation for Micro Credit in the cadre of Joint General Manager of Repco Bank. Specialized in the promotion of SHGs, capacity building and for the economic upliftment of the poor women and their empowerment. Instrumental in establishing training cum resource centres, Mobile Banking, Rural Housing and to partner with valued institutions viz NABARD, SIDBI, NHB, EXIM BANK, IOB, LIC &UTIMF .
