Repco Foundation for Micro credit (RFMC), an NGO promoted by Repco Bank was registered, under Companies Act 1956 (Section 25). It is a not for profit entity for extending supporting services to SHGs financed by the bank solely with a view to increase the income level and eventually to reduce poverty and for empowering poor women and men.

Repco Bank promoted RFMC which was established on 19.11.1969 and registered under Multi State Co-operative Society Act 2002, which is coming under the administrative control of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
